July 8-13 - Curtea de Arges, Romania - A. G. Sahlean was invited as a special guest to the annual 'Poetry Nights' Festival in Curtea de Arges and awarded the Valahia Prize by The Orient-Occident International Academy, in recognition of his English poetry translations.
December 12 - Boston University. Fundraiser to benefit the Educational Enrichment for Romanian Children (EERC.) Mr. Sahlean was MC and performer for the non-profit organization that brings Romanian students annually for summer enrichment camps in the Boston area.
December 14, Lexington MA - Christmas Concert to benefit the Trinity Covenant Church in Lexington. Christmas arias performed with - Tudor M. Bota (piano), Emil Lancea (Clarinet), Adrian G. Sahlean (tenor). Christopher Voss (baritone), Ana Pimlott (soprano) and the Trinity Covenant Church Choir.
